Investments in dubai

After monitoring the UAE territory for several years, we started to focus intensively on our own investment activities in the Emirate of Dubai from 2020.

Dubai as a city, an ever-expanding resort and as a market is currently ranked among the most promising and fastest growing locations in the world. In a number of comparative criteria, it ranks first in global surveys and benchmarking studies – for example, as the most popular destination, the safest or cleanest city.

In the Emirate of Dubai , we enable our clients to participate with us in long-term investments with attractive returns. We invest in investment properties and hotel accommodation here and are increasingly developing direct financial investments in growth projects with high return on investment (ROI).

Investment in Batumi (Georgia)

The Georgian resort city of Batumi is currently among the top seaside destinations where double-digit returns on real estate investments can be achieved. Located on the coast of the Black Sea, Batumi is increasingly being referred to as the „Las Vegas of the East” or the „Asian Monte Carlo” – capital flows here from all over the world, fueling unprecedented growth. In numerous ratings by renowned agencies, Batumi has in recent years ranked in the upper half of destinations with the highest return on investment (ROI) and, at the same time, the greatest potential for further appreciation in the years to come.

Drawing on our experience in Dubai and based on many recommendations from our business partners – investors from the Middle East – we launched our own investment activities in Batumi several years ago. Since then, our group has been actively involved, almost from the very beginning, in the rapid and successful development of this location.

Since 2025, Honoris Group has been one of the investors in the exclusive Silk Towers project at the Batumi harbor, which will soon become not only the most luxurious development in all of Georgia but also one of the finest along the entire Black Sea coast. The architect of the resort is the world-renowned Japanese designer Kengo Kuma.

Energy

The Honoris Group is a major player in the emissions allowance market. We have been providing expert consultancy services in the field of CO2 emissions for many years now, including monitoring, processing, and evaluation of the results after verification and approval by the competent authorities of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic or by EU bodies.

Our absolute knowledge of the relevant legislation and our methodological procedures for monitoring and processing the results have allowed us to develop our own know-how, which has been successfully applied with many of our clients – prominent companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In the past, our group invested in several PV power plants in Moravia and South Bohemia. We held on to some of these photovoltaic power plants as a short-term investment and exited successfully.
