Since 2017, the Group’s parent company has been HONORIS GROUP AG, headquartered in the Swiss canton of Zurich. Prior to that, London served as the Group’s headquarters for many years.

Michal is the owner of Honoris Group and leads the group’s activities in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the United Arab Emirates, and a number of other countries.

A lifelong football enthusiast, Michal served as President of FC Viktoria Plzeň. His clients include Ballon d’Or winner Pavel Nedvěd and other leading players.

Radomír is a former professional athlete who played as a goalkeeper for several leading football clubs in the Czech Republic.
Radomír is a tax advisor and a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic. His technical university education, high-level economic expertise and experience in elite sport make him ideally suited to lead the Group’s activities in the Czech Republic.

Karel has lived in Switzerland his entire life. A distinguished banker, he held senior roles at Switzerland’s leading banks, serving as Vice President at Credit Suisse AG, UBS Group AG and Bank Julius Baer AG in Zug and Zurich.

Marian is a renowned international lawyer with offices in London, Dubai and Bratislava. He has been active in the United Arab Emirates since 2016.
His business activities span dozens of countries, making him a valuable global partner to our Group.
Michal, the Group’s founder, is the son of a sports diplomat. During the 1990s, his father served for many years as First Vice President of the Czechoslovak, and later Czech, Olympic Committee. He also led the national Olympic delegation at six consecutive Games, starting with Barcelona 1992.
Dr. Herych’s key contribution to Honoris Group was his active support during the early stages of the group’s international expansion. Between 1991 and 2001, largely thanks to him – as well as many others, such as Ms. Věra Čáslavská – we succeeded in becoming a European player.
A Belgian sports diplomat, Jacques Rogge became President of the International Olympic Committee in 2001 and led the global Olympic Movement for 12 years.
As a friend of the Herych family and Přemysl’s colleague in various international sporting organisations, Jacques took up the baton after 2001. For more than a decade, he worked with Honoris Group to help transform it from a European into a global player.
Celebrated as a true gentleman, Dr Rogge brought this culture of integrity and gentlemanly conduct to Honoris Group and became a role model for the Group’s current leadership.
After August 1968, John emigrated from what was then Czechoslovakia to the United Kingdom, where he went on to attain the highest possible qualifications in economics.
Following November 1989, John – a distant relative of Michal – returned to Prague and led the local office of global advisory firm Touche Ross (now Deloitte), which became one of the first foreign advisers to the Czech government during privatisation.
After returning to London, he began working with Honoris Group to integrate the Group into the City of London, Europe’s leading financial centre.
