History

Group history dates back to 1990, when we started operating as a consulting company under the ACS name.

In 1999, Honoris Group was established. The Group's orientation has been gradually expanding, and in addition to consulting, we have also started to develop various types of investments, mostly in the Real Estate and Energy sectors. Another new field became insurance; the Honoris Finance, a.s. brokerage company has been a respected player on the Czech and foreign market for 23 years.

Since 2000 we have been managing assets for our VIP clients. In recent years, Wealth Management has taken an increasingly important place within the Group.

The Honoris Group operates in a number of countries around the world, the parent company of the Group is Honoris Group AG based in the Canton of Zurich, Swiss Confederation. We are currently giving the greatest support to the development of our investments in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Leadership profiles

Michal Herych

Founder of Honoris Group, President of the Board of Directors of HONORIS GROUP AG.

Michal is responsible for strategic management in the Group, and participates in the management of key projects. After 1990, he became an expert in the fields of finance and investment, and from 1991 to 1998 he was a partner in the consulting group ACS. Since 1999 he has been involved in activities within the Honoris Group. In the past, he worked, among other things, as the president of the football club FC Viktoria Plzeň.

Michal Herych is a graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business, where he obtained an engineer's degree.

Radomír Havel

Within the Group, he holds the position of the Executive Director of Honoris Group for the Czech Republic.

Radomir played top level football, was a goalkeeper in several first league clubs. After the end of his active career, he worked in the management of the FC Viktoria Plzeň, since 2007 he has been working in the management of Honoris Group. He is a tax advisor, a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors.

Radomír Havel is a graduate of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where he obtained an engineer's degree.

Jan Kadaník

Member of the Management Board of the parent company of HONORIS GROUP AG, who was at the origin of Honoris Group in 1999.

Jan is one of the most experienced managers of Czech origin. He has held management positions at Agrofert Holding, the Swiss multinational company Ameropa, which he managed for 5 years as CEO from its headquarters in Basel, and most recently at PPF Group in the telecommunications sector.

Jan Kadaník graduated in Foreign Trade from the Prague University of Economics and Business, where obtained an engineer's degree.
